We are a fully licensed and insured caterer. We can help make certain that your event goes off seamlessly by taking care of your beverage needs. Hosted bar, cash bar, beer and wine or full service, we have unlimited options to suit your needs. Contact us for a customized plan for your upcoming event.

Whether it is developing a signature drink to accentuate a theme, or selecting great beer and wine options for your guests, we will work with you to create a drink menu that best suits your event.

We offer indepth consultation and product education. Venue visit and event walk through to cover all necessary details. On event day, our experienced, friendly and attentive staff will provide seamless service to you and your guests.

We are happy to assist you in customizing the perfect selection for your event and budget with one of our service options.

A hosted service/open bar, where you treat your guest to all of their drinks.
Combination cash/ hosted, allows you to provide a selection of drinks or a set budget amount that you cover for your guests and the rest are available for purchase by them.
Cash bar, you can select the menu options, and your guests purchase their own drinks.

Founders:
Ryan and Caroline each have over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, and can help you throw an unforgettable event. Intimate wedding receptions, corporate events or large festivals, we can custom tailor our bar services specific to your tastes and needs.

With our staff of experienced, professional bartenders your guests will be sure to receive delicious drinks and amazing service.

ALI

EVENT MANAGER

Ali is the manager of Fluid Bar Service and its sister company, The Monkey House (a local craft beer bar and music venue). Ali has been in the service industry for over 10 years and began her career in social services working with the AmeriCorps program and local Vermont nonprofits. After bartending at the Monkey House part-time for a couple years, the opportunity arose to take over the management position, and she hasn’t looked back. Ali works closely with the owners to ensure all aspects of your event are being met, from pre-event tastings to day of set up and execution.
In her “free time”, Ali is one of the co-owners of the Waking Windows Festival, a 3-day music, art, comedy and food festival that takes place in Winooski, VT and has recently expanded to Portland, ME + Detroit, MI.

JACKIE

EVENT LEAD

Jackie has been working in Burlington, Vermont’s bar and restaurant scene for almost 12 years, bartending at downtown spots focused on craft cocktails and local ingredients. She started with Fluid Bar Services in 2013 and currently also splits time between Nectar’s and The Monkey House. Notable past experience includes head-bartender positions at The Daily Planet and Juniper at Hotel Vermont.

Jackie’s passions include art, music and traveling. She likes to spend her free time painting, hiking, snowboarding, camping and being outside with her dogs.

ISAIAH

EVENT LEAD

He is not only a part of Fluid Bar Service but also a bartender at the sister company, The Monkey House. Besides bartending and playing great tunes at the bar he is a new dad!! He just welcomed his daughter into the world in November 2016 and he couldn’t be more smitten with her.
Isaiah has a HUGE passion and love for the fashion industry. He is aspiring to launch some of his own designs and loves to spread the knowledge and love he has of clothing. All around Isaiah is a fun loving person and is just a great person you just want to high five all the time!!

EVENT LEAD

As one of the even leads for Fluid Bar Service Kurt brings over 15 years of service industry experience. Through this experience Kurt is able to help anticipate your needs and is flexible and accommodating to help in any way possible to make your event seamless and enjoyable which you and your guests will remember for years to come. Originally from New Hampshire, Vermont has been home since 1998. A proud Catamount from The University of Vermont with degrees in History and Philosophy.

Fluid catered the bar services at our wedding out in Lowell, VT on 9/24. Ryan was great to work with and customized the menu to our tastes and spending limit. The two bartenders he had come out (sorry, I don't remember their names) were great! They knew exactly what they needed from us (just a table, really) and had everything set up in plenty of time before the reception. They helped clean up some of the tables as the night went on, and were just really great. Thanks so much for helping make it such an awesome day!

We booked Fluid Bar Service for our wedding on May 2nd, 2015, and we were very happy with our service. We first met with Ryan, the owner, over a beer when we discussed our preferences and alcohol selection. Ryan was very attentive to detail and responsive to questions during the planning process, and coordinated with our other vendors to make sure the day went smoothly. On our wedding day, the bar service was excellent! During the cocktail hour they had servers come around with the first few drinks, which kept there from being a long line at the bar. We were also very impressed that they remembered our favorite drinks, and brought them out to us immediately after the ceremony! They did a great job and coordinated well with our other vendors. We highly recommend Fluid Bar Service!

First, a home visit and estimate that was extremely detailed. 2nd The service on the day of the wedding that was professional, courteous and complete. The estimate on number of servers was spot on.
